The Woolwich Swim Team, in partnership with Active Together Sports, offers programs for parents and caregivers to be active during Swim Team practices or at the same time as their child. All programs take place at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira.

Fall 2026 Programs

• Swim Together: Coached swimming for families and individual adults on Thursdays from 6:30–7:30 p.m. Family members can swim together or in age- and ability-appropriate groups
• Social Circuit: An instructor-led strength and cardio circuit for adults and older siblings during Thursday Swim Team practices. Join in anytime between 5:00 and 6:15 p.m.; each workout takes approximately 30–45 minutes and is suitable for all fitness levels.
